Die Lösung sind optimal geplante Markisen am neuen Haus. Diese bieten nicht nur Schutz vor Sonne, sondern halten auch einen Sommerregen ab, damit nicht Alles sofort ins Haus getragen werden muss, oder die Party ins Wasser fällt.
Sinnvoll ist es deshalb bei der Hausplanung auch den Bedarf für die Markisen rechtzeitig mit einzuplanen und diese optimal geschützt mit den richtigen Maßen zu montieren. Bei einem neuen ÖKO-ARCHITEKTENHAUS werden deshalb Markisen genau sorgfältig geplant und ausgewählt, wie alle anderen Hauskomponenten auch.
In der Regel installieren wir Markisen mit elektrischer Steuerung, die an ein BUS-System angeschlossen werden und mit Smart-Metering können diese Systeme per Handschalter, Zentraldisplay oder Smartphone gesteuert werden.
Zur Vermeidung von Kältebrücken werden aussenliegende oder in der Wand integrierte und gedämmte, elektrische Rollladensysteme oder Jalousien eingebaut. Individuelle elektrische Markisen für Terrassen und Balkon als Sonderausstattung mit Aufpreis.
